Thomas Humphries is the principal of Data Voice System Review, Inc., which audits, analyzes and implements telecommunications and associate services for companies across North America, and his experience in the telecommunications industry has spanned 40 years.
Tom is the former president and CEO of the Youngstown\Warren Regional Chamber. During his 20+ years at the Regional Chamber, he oversaw the operational functions for the organization and initiated, led and facilitated the overall strategic plan of the organization. Under his leadership, the organization enjoyed unprecedented growth in membership and services provided.
Prior to taking the helm at the Chamber, Humphries was a general manager for Sprint’s Ohio East region. Humphries has served on the boards of several local, regional and state community and economic development organizations.
Beth Harford is currently the VP of Operations. She has worked in the Telecom Industry for over 40 years starting her career at United Telephone Company of Ohio, Sprint, Embarq and CenturyLink.
During her tenure with these companies she worked in the Customer Service Call Center in a variety of positions, Collections Manager, Sales Manager, Corporate Trainer, Customer and Corporate Fraud Department with the Finance Department. She was a key figure in, writing and delivering training to Call Center employees and managers across the United States.
Her experience in the Call Center Environment for the Customer Service Organization for Business Customers gives her a unique prospective in solving customer billing issues, negotiating new contracts and finding solutions to customers telephone, data and wireless needs.
